About Our Practice

After receiving a Bachelor’s Degree in Kinesiology from Brock University, Mic went on to complete an accelerated massage therapy program at the Ontario College of Health and Technology. Their focus in practice has been shifting towards trigger point therapy, deep tissue work, tension headache/migraine relief and postural muscle imbalances. Mic loves to use their passion for helping people to encourage mutual learning and help you understand your body better. Whether that goal is general relaxation or complaint-based treatment, they will work with you to ensure your experience leaves you feeling lighter.

As a queer and non-binary therapist, Mic understands the importance of safety in healthcare. The base of their practice is cultivating an environment where people can receive the care they need with compassionate understanding and support. They want to create a safe and welcoming environment for everyone, and especially those in the LGBTQ+ community.
